SynrgiseLearn combines a mature LMS/LXP core with an always-on AI development coach, an in-house content studio, and South African-based delivery. Everything the RFI asked for, with a clear roadmap for the things it imagined.
Every line item in Annexure A has been answered. Each "Yes" is a commitment to deliver — not a default ship state. The sole "No" is a positive response to a negative question ("Is there a limit on custom roles?") — and that limit, by design, does not exist.
Priority match rates confirm that everything Hollard marked as critical is in scope, out of the box or in committed delivery.
Hollard is seeking more than a learning platform. The RFI signals a need for scalable delivery to a distributed workforce, structured remediation of legacy content, future-ready AI capability, and the integration discipline required of a regulated insurer operating across South Africa and the broader African continent. SynrgiseLearn is built for exactly this brief.
We are a South African edtech business with a pan-African footprint, SAQA-accredited, ISO 27001 certified, and operating a production LMS/LXP platform serving 45 active clients. Our platform combines a mature learning management core with an AI coaching layer called SynrgiseAssistant, which is our material differentiator in this procurement.
Where most LMS vendors have bolted AI onto a traditional content catalogue, we have designed an always-on development coach that sits over the LMS, the performance management system, the 360 assessment engine, and the talent management tooling. The LMS becomes content infrastructure. The assistant is where the actual work of developing people happens.
This response answers every item of the Annexure A requirements (IRS, FRS, NFRS, TRS, GRS, and Scenarios) and provides indicative pricing for a Hollard-sized deployment of 5,000 full-time learners and 5,000 occasional learners. A "Yes" in our response means "we will deliver this", not "this ships by default in every installation".
eLearning, ILT/VILT, blended, microlearning, and curated external content sequenced with prerequisites, gates, and branching.
Role-based CPD values, automated calculation, category history, rollover and caps, compliance reporting, portfolio export.
Always-on development coach — daily briefings, practice simulations, review prep, plan drafting, manager interventions.
ISO 27001 ISMS, POPIA privacy-by-design, AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, annual pentest, tamper-evident audit.
Native iOS/Android with biometric SSO, offline assessments with timer enforcement, file uploads, auto-sync, remote wipe.
Entra ID SSO, SCIM 2.0, PaySpace, Teams, Outlook, Zoom, BBB, Adobe Connect, xAPI/SCORM/CMI5, LTI, Power BI.
Real-time admin dashboards, drag-and-drop report builder, scheduled delivery, predictive at-risk, Power BI handoff.
~50 legacy compliance courses audited, converted, or remediated. Historical completion records imported with provenance.
Most LMS providers meet three of these at best. We own all four, which is what lets us commit to "Yes, we will deliver" rather than "Yes, with a partner".
SynrgiseLearn operates its own LMS and LXP codebase. Hollard is not buying a rebadged third-party product. Roadmap items, integrations, and customisations are delivered by the team that owns the source — including the Hollard custom development package in this proposal.
Our in-house team produces SCORM-compliant eLearning, compliance content, accredited qualification content, microlearning, and blended programme design — the same team that would support Hollard's legacy content remediation at go-live.
The architecture, the coaching model, the practice simulation engine, and the generative authoring pipeline are built and operated by us. This is not a wrapped LLM; it is a plan-aware coach grounded in the learner's development plan, 360 history, and performance data.
As a SAQA-accredited provider working across multiple African jurisdictions, we understand the evidentiary requirements of regulators, the realities of CPD regimes, and the operational discipline required of a compliance-critical platform serving long-term insurers.
Structured five-phase methodology, running workstreams in parallel where Hollard's internal readiness permits. A dedicated Customer Success Manager picks up the relationship from day one post-launch.
Requirements confirmed. Data sources mapped. Integration points defined. Customisation backlog prioritised with Hollard L&D, IT, and compliance stakeholders.
Platform instance provisioned. Multi-entity hierarchy modelled for Hollard Life and Hollard Insurance. Branding applied. Base role and permission structures configured.
Entra ID SSO, SCIM 2.0, PaySpace, Teams/Outlook, LRS for xAPI/CMI5, mobile app, and the custom development package delivered and tested in staging.
Legacy compliance content migrated or remediated through the AI Content Accelerator. User data imported. End-to-end testing with Hollard UAT cohort.
Administrator training (5 sessions × 4 admins), self-paced admin eLearning, learner comms rollout, early-life support transitioning into ongoing CSM coverage.
Our subscription pricing is tiered by named user band, with occasional learners billed only in months they access the platform. AI authoring runs on a usage-based credit model — Hollard pays for what gets built, not a flat fee.
